Since 2016 AIST has been sending missions once or twice a year to Benin to develop shiatsu in this country. Discover the missions that have already been carried out with passion in Cotonou and elsewhere. The aim is to transmit family level shiatsu and to treat people in medical centres, orphanages and charities.

In 2019, under the direction of Stéphane Bourguignon, a mission of 5 people went to Saly in Senegal, 90Km south of Dakar the capital. The aim was to discover Shiatsu and its effectiveness in the field. During one week, they had access to the dispensary of M’Bourg to treat dozens of people and to make discover Shiatsu to the local population.
